During this phase the Ministers of Education of each country selected the participants of the Seminar based on specific profiles defined in order to bring representative participants of different significant areas such as educational, planning, financing, infrastructure and telecommunications. Besides, each participant country was asked to present a brief count of their main educational challenges, their experience and the main orchestrated initiatives on ICT and Education.
