¡Welcome!

ICDF Taiwan and World Links are pleased to offer the Policymakers Seminar
on ICT in Education for Central America.

Before you travel: Make sure you have your personal documents in order (passport and visa if necessary) and your printed electronic ticket. TaiwanICDF y World Links will get in touch with each participant for details about plane tickets.

At your arrival: A special transportation will meet you at the airport. Please look for the person who will have a poster with the name of the Seminary.

Hotel: The Seminar will take place in Radisson Europa Hotel in the city of San Jose .

Accommodation: Acommodation will be in the same Hotel and will be covered by the organizers of the event from Sunday 24 th to Wednesday 28 th . Check out will be on Thursday 29 th . Each participant will be lodged in a single room.

Meals: Lunch will be provided for the entire group during the event. On Monday 25 th , TaiwanICDF will offer a formal dinner in the Hotel. On Tuesday 26 th , Oracle Education Foundation will offer a supper dinner in a restaurant outside the Hotel. Participants will receive an amount of money when they register for the Seminar to cover supper of the 24 th and 27 th. The event will not cover other meals or drinks beside the ones above.

Internet: For those with a wireless internet access card and laptop, there will be a WLAN Hot Spot in the Hotel. For participants who do not have wireless internet access card, there will be cards for rent by about $10 dollars per day. If participants do not have a laptop, there will be computers available in the Hotel's business center at a cost of $10 an hour.

Phone: Room phones will not be available for calls. If a participant wishes to use the phone, the Hotel will ask for a personal credit card number as a guarantee.

Registration: Registration will take place on Monday 25th before the Seminar's opening. We will appreciate punctuality for registration as well as for all of the Seminar's sessions.
