Career Synopsis

Twenty five years of experience in education sector, integrating and diffusing Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) to improve teaching and learning, and to promote knowledge sharing in all levels of education, defining policies and programs for public education systems at school, district, state, national and international-regional levels, with a deep understanding of educational challenges and technological opportunities. An innovative team player committed to creating synergies within an institution as well as with other organizations, specially interested in helping design strategies to effectively reach the poorest, isolated, and excluded groups to deliver education programs that fit community needs and requirements for development, through new learning and knowledge-sharing environments, helping policymakers define national policies which consider knowledge and ICT as valuable tools for development.
